Special thanks to Show Host Ag for coming all the way from Florida to host this show.
2009 Labor Day Stage Show Below are images from the annual Stage Show.
If you missed this show you missed a wonderful time. Host Ag was at her best, perhaps prompted from the Saturday afternoon Crossroads Party.
From all indications the audience enjoyed this last Stage Show of the season.
Perhaps the most exciting news is that we saw some new performers along with the traditional performances that we've grown to love. This was a wonderful ending to lead us into our first Stage Show for the 2010 season, which will be Memorial Day weekend.
The standout performance was from newcomer J.J. Nolis, a singer, songwriter & performer. This was his first, but hopefully not last, performance on the Hillside stage. His live performance of "Gotta Run" received an unusual standing ovation from the hundreds of men that filled every seat in the house and packed the grassy hillside. J.J. was truly moved by the audience's reaction, obvious to those in the front rows. Were those tears of enjoyment we saw?
The 12 acts were entertaining on this perfect Saturday night under the stars. Thanks to performers: Camp Store Bob & his pack of piglets, Kyla Mino, Billy, Mabel Syrup, Dixie Callan,Crystal Davis, benefit performer Susan Boyle, Annesta Robbins & Miss Tippy, Sofonda Peters, Luba Uranus & The Gypsy Roses.
The quilt ticket sales topped more than $4,500 that will go to the Helping Hand Fund. An additional $1,315 was raised during the Show's tribute number performed by Crystal Davis.
Former Helping Hand Fund chair Skip was the quilt's winner. All raffle winners will be notified by a member of the Helping Hand Fund, a non-profit organization that helps Hillside campers in a time of need.

Thanks to the thousands of men who visited Hillside
this season and the hundreds involved in sponsoring events. You all make Hillside what it is today!
A really big 25th anniversary season is being planned for the 2010. The schedule will include more events, if that's possible, along with the camp's 25th Anniversary weekend!
Below are 266 slides from the annual USO Party & Show. You may use the controls to stop, go back or go forward. Because of the size of this show it may take quality time to load it.
ENJOY!
