THE BEST PLACE TO STAY is obviously at camp; however, that's not always possible. Popular weekends sell out quickly. Call (570) 756-2007 any day but Friday when camp is open after 10 a.m. to find out availability for that special day, week or weekend.
If camp is sold out you can be a day camper any day after 10 a.m. You'll still be able to enjoy the facilities as if you had a camping site.
There are serveral local motels and hotels where you can stay and join us during the day and evening. Below are two very fine facilities that are close to camp.
A BED & BREAKFAST is just one mile from Hillside Campgrounds if you cannot find a site or rent a Hillside cabin because they are booked up.

A HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS is located at the Gibson, PA, I-81 exit, about three miles from camp.
The manager says the hotel is "people friendly" which means it's "gay friendly," she says. The staff does not discriminate and welcomes any group, she says.
Call the hotel if you wish to make reservations or you can use the Holiday Inn Express Web site by clicking on the logo at the right.

The Inn's location is listed as NEW MILFORD, PA on the Internet but it's l.ocated at the Gibson, PA, I-81 exit.
HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS is at the Gibson, PA, exit off I-81. It's listed as being located in New Milford, PA.

THE COLONIAL BRICK INN is another popular place to stay when the camp is has no sites available. It's located in Hallstead, PA, about 10 miles north of the campgrounds.
